-Location? We are located in Cocoa FL 32927. We operate at a personal residence to cut cost.

If wanting to pickup a canopy, contact us to schedule a time.

-Where do you deliver/Install? We will deliver within 3hrs of our location/ install roughly 2ish hours.

-What sizes are available? All of our sizes can be found on the website with prices.

-Do we offer custom sizes? No, we only do what we have listed on the website

-Do the canopies require a Permit? These canopies are a tarp roof material which in most areas in Florida are considered a nonpermanent structure. These types of structures mostly do not need a permit. Please refer to your local government authorities/HOA for guidance in your specific areas if   you have any concerns. We do not pull permits.

-Installation criteria? We will come and install where ever you would like but we DO NOT mount to concrete. We mount to any surface where we can drive an anchor into the ground. We do have feet we can place on the bottom of the legs but mounting will be left for the customer.

-How to mount? When purchasing a canopy and assembling it yourself the mounting will be your responsibility. When we install a canopy we use large 6/7ft metal T-post. They have a large spade on the bottom and they are driven into the ground approximately 2ft then the leg is strapped to the T-post with large hose clamps. We recommend any sort of anchoring which is done incorporates holding the leg. We have seen and used 4x4 post in the past for large canopies. Anchoring just to the feet is not sufficient enough. Also using a smaller piece of pipe that is driven into the ground and then the canopy placed over top is not recommended either. Why use a smaller weaker pipe to try and anchor your structure. If you do anchor to concrete, we recommend using cables and augurs which are pulled from the top corners at least to help secure the canopy.

-Do we offer a warranty? We do not have a warranty program. We do understand things happen such as adverse weather which we get in Florida. If we have installed the canopy, we will work with the customer to help fix the canopy in the event of minor issues. In the event of a natural distater, we are not held liable for anything which happens to the canopy. It is up to the customer to remove the tarp and properly secure the structure. We normally have a few days to a week to know if a hurricane is coming. Customer installed canopies will be left solely on the responsibility of the customer to make sure the canopy is installed properly and anchored.

-Shipping? We do not ship full canopy kits. The pipe is too long and would require freight. We can ship anything else though to include tarps, fittings and all hardware. We do not ship pipe.

-Material? We only use the larger 1-5/8in galvanized pipe. All fitting are oversized which means the pipe goes into them and we provide 3/8in self-taping screws to secure the pipe to the fittings. The tarps are a 12-mil tarp which last approximately 2 years in the Florida sun. No, we don’t carry any other types of tarps. The colors are either silver over black or white.

-What comes in a canopy kit? Everything needed to fully assemble tarp, piping, bungees, self-taping screws along with fittings and all additional hardware associated with the canopy. Anchoring is not provided with the kit; this will be furnished by the customer for self-install.

-What do I need to pick up the canopy kit? The kit come as loose pipe and a couple of boxes. The pipe will fit in the bed of a truck and stick out over the tailgate. A simple strap will hold them down for transport.
